FAQ
Can I reschedule/cancel my session?
Yes! Reschedules are allowed up to 30 days from delivered images. Cancellations are allowed but deposits are non-refundable.
Can I request RAW images?
I do not offer RAW images unless its for a contracted commercial business.
How many images am I able to select from the session?
I deliver all images edited - not including skin retouching which is an additional cost of $10 per image. The amount varies upon the amount of time that is given in a session and how quickly it takes to move through different poses. Albums average 30-60 per hour.
When will I receive my images?
Client gallery deliver takes up to two weeks the next business day of scheduled session. Expedited delivery is available for an additional cost of $50 for portraits and $50/HR for events.
Do you offer skin retouching?
Yes I do! Skin retouching is $10/image.
What if I do not like my images?
I offer one free reshoot within 30 days of the delivered images for portraits BEFORE images are downloaded. Any downloaded images on the gallery will forfeit a reshoot.
